Hi, I'm Shanthamani, hardworking independent women who has been a entrepreneur from past 26 years till present in Beauty & Wellness Sector.
Shanthamani's Aishwarya Beauty Parlour and Training Center has been a successful business for 26+ years, and it is a matter of pride. She has been providing beauty services and training to her customers for over two decades, and her business has been growing steadily.
Her professional life which started from Subramanyanagar has spanned 26 years continuously. Apart from her professional life, she has done many social service programs.Shantamani has done free haircuts for seniors above 60 years, disabled and for mentally retarded people.
In Many anganwadis (NGO) she regularly provides free haircuts to children and even in samuhika kalayana she has done free makeup for brides. Shanthamani has established a trust called VCT (Vishwa Kalayana Educational Charitable Trust) from the trust she has done many services like Scholarship for construction workers children and free starter kit given to laborers like Plumber, Carpenter, Electrician etc and Free medical camp and distribution of medicine and the amenities provided by the government are directly delivered to the people by the trust.
Such programs are constantly evolving. Worked as a trainer in different zones in Bangalore rural & urban not only in Bangalore she has done free beauty parlour courses in Hoskote, Malur, Bangarpete, Kolar, Tumkur and Chikkabalapura district. This is a great initiative by Shanthamani by the support of NGO’s and Ashramas to empower women and help them become financially independent. By providing free beauty parlour courses, women can learn the skills they need to start their own business and become successful entrepreneurs. Many social service associations have been greeted and awarded for Shanthamani’s work.
